Prior to Cleaning

We try to make the cleaning as unobtrusive as possible. Below are a few points to help us to give you the best service possible. 

Please remove all breakables from areas to be cleaned before your appointment. This includes plants, toys, magazines, etc.

Please note we do not move certain items such as 

• Piano's
• Sleeper Sofa's
• Bedroom / Dining Furniture
• Stereo's / TV's / Computors

We will need to park our vehicle as close to your door as possible. Please move any vehicles out of the driveway or over to the side PRIOR to your appointment. 

• When excessive debris (plaster, nails, etc.) exists in your carpet, you must vacuum before your appointment. Debris of this nature will clog the narrow ‘mouth’ of the cleaning wand and can cause staining. 

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please try to give us as much notice as possible, to allow us to schedule another job in that time slot. 

Since our hoses will require your door to remain ajar a few inches, please keep your dog/cat in a confined area of your home.

All work (residential or commercial) payable upon completion.

We accept payment by Cash, Cards or Bank transfer.
